Giving it as a gift, and the family pack of four

[public-help] To give PENNYFEATHER'S CHRISTMAS as a gift, tick 'This is a gift' at checkout, add their name, email and a message, and choose the day it arrives. They press the button in the email and the calendar is theirs. A gift opened late still has every open door waiting. The family pack gives you four codes, one for each player, by email straight away. Each player enters their code on the Redeem page with their own email address and gets their own calendar, progress and leaderboard place. [internal] A pack is not sent through the gift module: its four codes are the gift. Codes unused by 10 January 2027 stay valid for the next time it is on sale.
